Results: Baseline analysis on the production and consumption patterns in Colombia; definition of the guiding principles of the policy, objectives, strategic sectors for its implementation, general goals for 10 years, strategies and lines of action for the different public, private, academic and civil society stakeholders involved in achieving changes in production and consumption patterns towards sustainability.
