Objective: Structure the sustainability strategy and its governance scheme for an energy generation company and promote its appropriation among employees.

Results: Diagnosis of the company’s progress and opportunities in sustainability (interviews, trends in energy sector, SWOT analysis). Development of a sustainability strategy for the company and a governance scheme for its monitoring (Sustainable Balanced Scorecard). Capacity building processes among the company’s managers for the strategy’s implementation, through the learning by doing methodology. Five projects designed with benefits for the business, the environment and society.
